McDonald's "New" Burger and Dessert Are Just Plain Lazy

McDonald's said Wednesday that it would unveil a new burger and dessert in a few weeks as the season's "It" combo, but fans are already

complaining. According to a Reddit debate, adding new features to a Quarter Pounder and McFlurry is hardly innovation.

"What happened to McDonald's? They used to release new dishes often; now it's just sauce.

The chain didn't say what makes the sauce "smoky," but fans think it was lazy. "This looks like large mac sauce, presumably with liquid smoke for flavor.

McDonald's isn't even making a "new" Oreo Fudge McFlurry. People say the combo already exists, therefore they're not deceived. You can add

hot fudge to any McFlurry. I think the update is worthwhile." That's if you can acquire one at your location, as ice cream machines are always broken.
