You might be surprised to learn that the nutrition panels of global favorites like the Big Mac, French Fries, and Chicken Nuggets vary by nation. 

NiceRx, an online healthcare company, analyzed McDonald's website nutritional statistics to determine which countries have the "unhealthiest" foods. 

Japanese McDonald's food has the most calories, with a Big Mac, medium fries, and Chicken McNugget totaling 989. Japanese fries are the most caloric at 410 calories

Saturated fat differs. Turkey has the unhealthiest McDonald's meal, with 22.2 grams of saturated fat per three items—a third higher than any of the runner-ups.

Turkey also has the "unhealthiest" McDonald's meal in terms of salt intake, with 4.5 grams for the three dishes, beating Japan and New Zealand

USA McDonald's aficionados should note that while it didn't finish in the top three in all three categories, it was fourth in saturated fat and eighth in calorie count. 

Israel has the world's "healthiest" McDonald's, with the lowest calories, salt, and saturated fat. 

McDonald's appears to offer "healthy" cuisine. You must travel to the Middle East to get it.
